Shipping Time

Due to the large variety of in-stock, and custom ordered merchandise our shipping times may vary between shipping the same business day for in-stock items and 4 - 6 weeks for custom ordered pieces.

PPR always attempts to estimate the longest possible time it would take to ship your items, therefore nearly all of the items we ship will be shipped sooner than their availability is listed.

Please allow 5 - 10 business days for delivery time once your item has shipped.

Shipping and Handling Cost

Shipping and Handling Costs for all items are based on UPS International carrier cost is included with the price unless otherwise stated. If your order requires an additional charge we will contact you to obtain your approval for the added amount.

Damaged Items and Lost Packages

If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. If the box appears damaged upon receipt, do not sign for it and it will be returned to us. We will send an exchange or credit you for the item.

Due to abuse, you must contact us within 45 days of order placement, if your item has not arrived. We will not be held responsible for notifications after that time.
