Collection of Personal Information
Visitors to the PPR, INC ("PPR") Web site (the "Site") are not required to reveal any personal information in order to use many of the features of the Site. However, in some instances, PPR requests that users provide certain personal information in order to facilitate future communications, make a purchase of PPR's products, or receive newsletter or other materials from PPR. This policy sets forth the practices that PPR intends to follow with respect to such personal information.

Can I decline the collection of personal information?
To the extent that PPR seeks personal information from you, you will be prompted to provide that information, but you will always have the choice to decline to provide the information and not receive the services or materials from PPR.

Cookies
The PPR Site is continuously being improved as far as performance, navigation and ease of use. In order to help us meet this commitment, we use cookies to understand how the Site is being navigated and used. A cookie is a tiny piece of text placed on your computer's hard drive. The purpose is to let PPR know when you visit the Site, however PPR does not collect any personal information from the use of cookies that you have not already disclosed.
The advantage to you as a visitor on the Site is that information requested by us for purchasing will be pre-filled for you based on the ID we collect via a cookie. This saves you time in filling out information over and over again when visiting the Site and requesting information or samples, or signing up for PPR Member Only, or any other function within the Site that requires registration.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact prophoto@get.net.

What uses does PPR make of personal information?
PPR will use the information you provide for legitimate business purposes, such as to facilitate future communications with you, assist you in making a purchase of PPR products, or respond to your request for PPR information and materials. PPR does not generally share your personal information with third parties, however authorized third parties may be given access to your personal information in connection with fulfillment of legitimate business uses which are designed to serve you, such as shipping products or materials requested by you. In addition, PPR reserves the right to collect and share personal information as part of (i) an investigation or response to a violation of PPR terms and conditions of use, fraud, illegal activities or other actions or threats which may damage PPR, the Site, or other property, or injure or threaten PPR's customers or other persons, (ii) compliance with a court order, subpoena, government investigation or other legal process, or (iii) transfer or sale of a business unit.

What if I change my mind?
If at any time you wish to have PPR remove your information from its database, or to make other changes, please notify PPR at prophoto@get.net. Similarly, if you need to update or expand upon any other information you have provided to PPR, you can re-enter that information at the relevant prompt, or notify PPR by e-mail of this additional information at prophoto@get.net.

Security Statement:

What does PPR do to protect the information I provide?
PPR provides three levels of protection. First, access to the servers that store your information is limited to those PPR employees and third parties with a need to know the information. Second, PPR servers use commercially-available security measures to prevent unauthorized access. Finally, when you purchase PPR products through our Web site, PPR will take reasonable steps to establish a secure connection to your Web browser. PPR does not use credit card information for any purpose other than to process payment for sales, and does not provide your credit card information to anyone other than the financial services institutions and contractors responsible for the confidential processing of your payment.
While PPR will continue to exercise diligence and use reasonable measures to protect the security of this Site, PPR cannot warrant that all internet communications will be absolutely secure.
PPR is committed to the responsible use of the World Wide Web. PPR reserves the right to change or amend this policy from time to time, but will post any such changes as part of its privacy and security statement on this Site.
