In compliance with 'Distance Selling Regulations', the consumer may return the goods to us within 7 working days of receipt of the said goods as long as the returned goods can be sold again as new i.e. the product must be unopened, undamaged and unused.

We dispatch Credit Card Orders within 1 to 3 working days of receiving the order, if it is approved.

All orders are posted in DISCREET PACKAGES - there is no advertising materials on the parcel you receive from us.

If orders are returned to us due to non-collection from the post office, the postage costs to re-send the item must be paid to us before we can again dispatch the order.

We dispatch all orders via Recorded Delivery.

Returning Items

Monetary refunds are only given on items that are returned in an unopened & undamaged condition unless otherwise stated.

The customer is responsible for paying all postage costs when returning undamaged, unopened or guaranteed items to us.
